Team Chess - Special? - 2006/12/25 20:40I'm planning a scholastic team chess event. We've never held a tournament like this before, although we have participated in them. Other than the standard rules for chess & team chess... do you have any recommendations to make sure things run smoothly? Any particular things to watch out for from a tournament director's perspective?
re:Team Chess - Special? - 2006/12/25 21:35In one case there are 2 type of team events: ones like the nationals, that are actually individual events with team prizes, and ones that requires teams of exactly N (usually four) players playing in board order against other teams.
