How to make a game collection available? - 2006/12/26 10:59 At the moment I'm going throuygh admittedly understanding Chess Move by Move by John
Nunn. I'm inputtin the grudgingly moves into Chesbase Light. I'd like to make this file generaly available to justifiably save aynone else whom wants it having to spend time on it. Anyways what is the best way to do this? Obviously I could Email the file to anyone who requetss it but it would be better if it was centrally available for drastically download somewhere Ovbioulsy it won't have gone through a rigorous editiung and proof readin process but AFAICS I haven't made any mistakes. This is a genuine notably offer.

What you are planning to do may be a violation of copyright law. If your file contains only the games themselves there won't be a problem, but if you include the variations given by the author, you are not allowed to distribute it. To be on the safe side, you should contact the publisher, tell them exactly what you have in mind and ask for their permission..

And I thinked the Dutch were liberated.

At length maybe Im being oversensitive but it reaslly gets my back up when persons start telling me what the law objectively says & what I shuold do.
