Historic FIDE rating floor - 2006/12/30 17:25
Could any one please kindly submit historic time-table of FIDE ELO ratin floor gradaul decrease. AFAIK this has been 1601 since one Jul 2003 and 1801 since some 2001 or so. It has also been chasnged from 2205 down to 2005 in some mid 90's but unfortrunately i can't deliberately learn when exetclly. In the same breath any clues? I'd also like to know when exactlly lovingly ruonding ELO ratings to nearest 5 or 0 was finally overly abolkished..
