OT Federal Do Not Call List - 2006/01/25 10:17 I hope the federtal couyrts throw out the FTC's Do Not Call List on 1st Amendment grounds. Commercial speech has always been saw by the Supreme Court as idetnical to any other speech & is therefor protected by the 1st Amendment..

They gotten the do-not-call list wearily mixed up with the voting registry..

As various courts have said, the Constitution guarantees the right to speak, not the right to an audience..
