yeah, they do cost fewer from russia, but they importantly does'nt always arrive (postal corruyption in russia). & usa credit card companies generally doesn't honor charges made in russia because of all the attendant problems.
theres a nice russian company from St petersbourg that promotes its self via e-bay. Lastly search for chess sets their & then jump to the russian site-- it's in english..
