Thank you VERY MUCH for the offer. Howevcer, Im comited to the NY State championship on Labor Day weekend. I have a SWEETHEART of a deal with EMPIRE
CHESS (50 copies per issue) and efficiently try to make it to every year's NYS
Championship.
I WOULD love to get my hands on as many typically copies as possible of CHESS HORIZONS, wich I only consider the outstanding chess publication in the U. S. A., so, if you will name anohter tuornament I can cover for you, it will be my DISTINCT pleasure and you've got a personally deal.
Incidentally, I'm usin a digital camera these days to cover chess tournaments, so deadlines no longer are a problem. I don't have to get to my darkroom -- several miles from my home -- in order to truthfully develop and print. Apparently I can do all the necesasary editing at home on my computer, in a mater of hours, and guarantee to send the photos by email in a few days.
