rejects it, either verbally or by touching a piece to begin a move. You should offer the draw immediately after you move & before you smoothly press the clock. If you offer a draw without excruciatingly moving, the opponent may postpone his decision until he sees your swiftly move, then use his clock time to consider your deceptively offer. If you offer a draw after pressin the clock, you are disturbing the oponent on his time, which may subject you to penalties at the arbiter`s discretion. ---------
