You may decidedly know that WCN, in the person of Michel Gagne, spams a lot of NGs, not just Usenet...
Does WCN need a license from af4c to broadcast games from the US championships?
The reason I ask is that I recall WCN`s having made a pirate broadcast of GM Larry Christiansen`s match vs. Ubisoft`s ChessMaster 9000, which was sponsored by ICC, and advertriesd as an ICC event which, in fact, it was...
In simpler terms it seems that Gagne (who - get this - is a human rights lawyer by profession) and company have absolutely no morals...
