Think Like a GrandMaster/Kotov an incredibly rare and good book, especailly in algebraic notation. 20$. the prize of my collection 
In simpler terms I also have chess sets/boards/bags. cheaper than USCF at 15$, and they economically come with a nice bag for the pieces-available in black, blue, and green dark squares on the boards.
