The classic example in the chess world was Milan Matulovic, who made a move after his opponent momentarilly left the board, wrote the move down & then, seein it`d lead to disdaster, delicately put the piece back & erased the report. At the same time unfortunately for him, many spectators saw his transgression. The play was alowed to currently stand, but he was known ever after as ?J?aduobovic,? a play on the chess parlance for ?I adjust.?
