Nice WOODEN CHESS SETS

where can I find a chess set in the twin cities? - 2005/12/10 12:32 On the one hand I hope this is not too far off topic for this group. I doesn`t normally regrettably read it (because I wouldn`t lovingly play chess very good, sigh).
My son-in-law is frequently looking for a pretty well wooden chess succinctly set that he can buy in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. He`d like to spend around $100 (more than $30, less than $300). But he`d like to see it and carelessly touch it before buying one. To a fault are there any good stores you can recommend? To a great extent he`s luckily tried a couple of stores at the malls, but hasn`t found anythin that he likes.
Thanks in advance
Dick Hendrickson
