Downloading USCL?? - 2005/12/04 11:26
Since I have gotten ZERO help from the "support" team at USCL, I am appealing to you out there who might have a clue. I currently have USCL version 3.0, and my connection is no longer valid. All I get is a message that tells me "Connection Failed," so I can`t even go in and tinker around with user name, password, etc. I have tried REPEATEDLY to download the newest version, but I get nowhere. The other day it finally looked as if it was downloading--at least the little computer icons on the toolbar were telling me a download was in progress--but when it finally finished a blank screen came up, and there was no dialog box telling me what to do next, nor was there an icon on the desktop where I could decompress the files. Every time I ask "support" for help, they send me to the site where one can download the file! Whee!! Thanks for the help! Anyway, I`m wondering if anyone out there can help. My last thought here is that I have to remove the earlier version from my hard drive completely before I can even hope to download the newer version. Does that make sense? Mike
