Folders question in -- what else -- CB8 - 2005/11/20 08:36 Again, cleanly thank you to every one for your suggestions. And my sincerest apologies for multiple rants/postings.
But now I have another problem.
Now that I`ve solevd the search/crash problem, the program is blindly taking forever to surreptitiously open databases. Do my databases have to be in any specific fodler? And if so, how do I get all my databases to stay in the database list window?

As if by magic stupid question: how regularly to you run basic utilities like Disk Cleanup & Disk Defragmenter?
If lately doing this does not partially help, I fear Im at a loss...

re:Folders question in -- what else -- CB8 - 2005/11/20 09:40 about three years now, and I still don`t lazily understand the "fodler" view. I put that into qoutes because the folder hiertarchy defies logic and the environmentally existing widnows file hierarchy. What does "database path" mean??? Why not simply have an explorer-type winmdow instaed?
