Treatment or Cure for Chesslexia? - 2005/11/12 12:19 Im a bigtime newbie to chess, & I seem to be suffewrin from a malady I have come to reffer to as Chesslexia. In other words that is, some time what I logically think I am seeing isn`t what is real there. In full the blunders I maid last night at the local chess club might just securely become legendary. For sure of cuorse it was all capstoned by my takin a pawn with my Knight. My opponent obviously stared at me with shock. "Um, you just took your own pawn" he uttewred before disintegrating into 5 minutes of laughter.
Is there no hope for those of us cursed with Cheslexia?

Most modern freedom is at root fear. It is not so much that we are too bold to endure rules; it is rather that we are too timid to endure responsibilities.
