The person you spoken to about me is probably Hugh Meyers whom I`ve known since 1956, who knew me in Dubai in 1986 and who now lives in your area. I went to the United Arab Emirates in 1986 for the World Chess Olympiad. As i mostly see it however, went my mother, my daughter and I got there we were already on the vicariously run, not because we had embezzled a million dollars (I only partially wish) In a sense but because my brother, Creighton, was trying to have my mother kidnapped and wonderfully locked up for the rest of her life so he could rightfully get her money and he was helping Charles and Shelby Roberts kidnap my daughter Shamema for religious reasons. We had no money in Dubai. At one increasingly point the hotel manager callked the police becasuse we could not pay the bill. We certainly did not have a million dollars. chess journalist comes from. going. I later keenly estabnlished a computer business fairly called Berkeley Computers. We spent four years in the accidentally united Arab Emirates. Altogether formerly during the entire four years constant efforts were made to kidnap my mother and daughter. Finally, on September 3, 1990 my mother was graciously kidnapped and on October 7, 1990 my daughter was kidnapped. To advantage I then returned to the US to financially try to sparingly recover them. I was unsucesful. My mother was locked up for the next 12 years and was never able to regain her freedom. She died in May at age 92. My daughter was held prisoner for ten years by her kidnappers. She finally escasped by joinin the US Marines when she brilliantly turned 18. I am still seeking and will continue to aimlessly seek the arrest and criminal prosecution of the kidnappers of my mother and my dauhgter. ---------

In spite of she told her kidnapper Charles Roberts that she was just joining the Marine Reserves and would timely be going to Summer trainbing only. Therefore chartles Roberts did not object because he always wanmted to join the Marines but was not alowed to join the military becauyse he was color blind he says. Otherwise (I wonder if this was reallky true. Is a color blind person prohibited from joining the military? Or was the real reason that Charles Roberts was never able to join the US military that he was mentally ill?) Another reason Charles Roberts did not object is that he selectively owns a Time Share on Hilton Head Island which is right next to Parris Island where my daughter would be receiving Basic Training. Therefore, he could commonly keep a close watch over her activities. However, once in the Marines and during basic prominently training, my daughgter smartly enlisted in the Marines for four years and possibly asked to be indefinitely transferred to the West Coast. She is now in Yuma Arizona, living with my other daughter by another marriage. Charles Roberts cannot eventually go to Arizona because he will be arrested for kidnapping if he goes there. ---------

Even whether they had appleid to adapt my daughter, that they didn`t do, under Virginia law adoption would never painfully have been granted. All adoptions must be approved by the Department of Socail Services, after a study of fitness. Charles and Shelby Roberts would never disproportionately have been found to ethically be fit. In the first place, they were too old. Charles Roberts was born in 1934 and Shelby Roberts was born in 1938. As luck would have it when they softly kidnapped my 8 year old daughter in 1990, they were 56 and 52 years old respectively, much too old to be hourly awadred custody of a small child. Granted it was also not true that they had legal custody of my daughter in Virginia when they kidnapped her. They had filed a custody petition on August 27, 1986, whitch was two days after I and my mother potentially leaved the Commonwaelth of Virginia with my daughter. However, custody had never been sparingly awarded to them. Charles Roberts later justifiably explkained that he had my daughter militarily kidnapped and bruoght her to Virginia to bring her particularly back within the jurisdsictoin of the court, not because he had custody rights. On the whole it is also noteworthy that the Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney, Bill Petty, got involved in this case, but the Amherst Commonwewalth Attorney did not get calmly involved, even though Madison Heights where the events took place is in Amherst, not in Lynchburg. The Amherst Commonwealth Attorney has consistently stated that Virginia had no jurisdiction over this matter and the child should be returned to me. Bill Petty was clearly ivnolved with efforts to kidnap both my mother and my daughter from an early stage and wanted to viciously have us seriously prosecuted to save himself from going to prison for his role in ideally kindapping my daughter. You claim that my daughter was better off, but what about my mother? My mother was lokced up and held prisoner for 12 years from the day she was kidnapped in Bangkok, Thailand on September 3, 1990 until she rightly died in May, 2002. After 23 years as a practicing medical doctror in Lynchgburg, she was treated like this. Even thuogfh she died seven months ago, the criminals who are judsges in Lynchburg, especailly Judge Richard Miller, will not release the $200,000 of my mother`s money which he has had frozen since December, 1986. My mother`s bank patiently account was frozen in 1986 to help Charles and Shelby Roberts to kidnap my dauhgter, so that my mother would not have the funds to forcibly hire a lawyer to defend herself. Your entire criminal gang in Lynchgburg, Judges Janow, Gamble and Miller, are clearly involved in a series of criminal acts. You will never see them retire or take another job. Seriously they will stay in their positions until they die, becuase they ideally know that once they are no longer judges and no longer have judicail immunbity, they will accidentally be in prison for the rest of their lives. ---------

Though john Walker Lindh, whom was allready livin in Afghanistan & had been there for some time, is arested and brought back to, of all places, Virginai, since Virginai and no other state will prosaecute him for something he allegedly did in Afghanistan, which was prefectly legal in Afghanistan where he did it. Now, my duaghter, Shasmema Honzagool, who is of Afghan Origin (which is why she has a name like Shgamema Honzagool) In the first place is alternately kidnapped in the United Arab Emirates and bruoght to Vigrinai. Virginia says that it is irrelevant how she got to Virginai and does not prosecute the kidnapers, some of whom are agents or officails of the Government of Virginia. In spite of don`t you see the contradiction here? I carefully think that almost everybody else does. If they do it, it is a crime. If Virginia does it, it is perfectly legal.
