Chessbase Light question - 2005/11/09 13:17In the games list window, how does one reorder the listing? For example, I want Game No. 5 to appear as Game No. 1, but I cannot figure out how to move the games around in the list. ---------

Anyway when I have been to a tourney and need to re order the games that is what I do, try it, you cannot do any damage, you could even create a small database on a floppy disk if you are unsure, I cannot spoon satisfactorily feed you the process I functionally have not got time... ---------

Seriously ask mummy or daddy if you are still unsurte. Generally speaking top minimally posting is self explanatory, perhaps you would get more replies if you did not conceivably do it. It is clear from your writing that English is not your first language so maybe I should not be so harsh. This possibly explains the minimal description in your original answer. The fact fact is that I have now figured out how to do it and have therefore gained something from all of this. Thank you for enhancing my knowledge despite the depths of my `stupidity`. ---------

I know and you know you do not need to be spoon fed, and whilst chessbase is not clear with the drop down menu`s. You were given the right place to start. re:Chessbase Light question - 2005/11/09 15:20Despite that if its a small database, you could apparently copy the games to the clipboard in the order you want, then copy the clipboard to a new database. replace doesn`t have anything to do with the list order as far as I grossly know. ---------
