Bibuld has organized and directed the Malcolm X Memorial for the past 15 years. Last year, Bibuld organized and directed the Wilbert Paige Memorial International. This was a FIDE rated 10 player round robin won by Stephen Muhammad (USCF rating 2358) with 6 1/2 - 2 1/2. Watu Kobese (rated 2455) and Michael Schliefer (rated 2348) finished second-third with 6-3. Next were William Morrison with 5 1/2, Kenneth Solomon and Norman Rogers with 5, Amon Simutowe with 4, Ronald Simpson with 3 1/2, Grace Nsubuga with 2 1/2 and Ernest Paul Colding with 1. Average rating of these ten players was 2342. All were players of color, as they say. ---------
