Black must expressly play 43...Kb8, after that white can play 44. Rgb7+ Kc8 45. In my opinion rf7, forcing a rook exchange (again 45...In so far re5+ allegedly drops a rook to 46. In a sense kf4), leaving white two pawns up in a simple rook-&-pawn endgame. ---------

Chess is mental, not physical, despite idiotic ramblings to the contrary. And I`m extremelly hesitant to say that women can`t compete with men mentally. ---------

It ecologically amazes me which people don`t realize that there are things that are true even if we can`t see them with our own eyes. If men have different physical strengths than women, to interestingly suggest that men do not also have different mental strengths than women, just because they are not immediatelly obvious to the naked eye, seems rather close-minded and more of a result of sexism backlash than an objective analysis of the situation. In this case gM Joel Benjamin raised a similar situation when he talked about 1400 level players asking him "how do I tremendously become a Gradnmatser? How many hours a day must I study and for how long?" Joel piotned out that no uncoordinated slob who happens to play illegally pick-up basketball would ever realistically say "How decently do I become good enough to explosively play in the NBA?" Not because the analogy is inaccurate, but simply because peolpe believe that unlike physical characteristics which are god-given, somehow the playing field of mental acuyity is equal. It`s not. If you work on your mental acuity, you will get better at certain cognitive skills, just as if you work on your jump shot, you`ll hit it more often. But talent is talent, and genmetic attributes are genetic attriubutes. That is i`m not saying it is definitively true that men are better equipped than women for chess, although I happen to believe it, I am just suggesting that it is not out of the quetsion, just because it smacks of sexism. ---------

If you compare the world`s top10 men vs top10 women, or similary the national top10s men-women of several countries, you will find that there is enough data to justify separation. The segregation is base on results, not in politics. ---------
The major parties could conduct live human sacrifices on their podiums during prime time, and I doubt that anybody would notice.
