How to play chess online with a friend - 2005/11/04 20:12
Posting on behalf of my elderly Mom, who would like to play chess online with her boyfriend over the Internet.
I was thinking of getting her ChessMaster 9000, but I don`t want her to have to deal with the disk being in the drive. Is is copy-protected? If so, is there another good commercial program available that allows for chess play over the internet, and is not copy protected?
Or, am I going about this the wrong way? My Mom and her boyfriend are big AOL users? Is there someplace on AOL, or perhaps some other web site, where two people can set up a chess game and play each other?
