Arrogance of John Fernandez
Here is a typical quote we have been hearing from John Fernandez. In it he claims to be an expert in the books and equipment business. He says, of the Books and Equipment Business, "I have a GREAT deal of knowledge in this field, certainly more than you, and certainly more than De Feis."
However, the only experience John Fernandez has in the books and equipment business is from working in the Manhattan Chess Club Bookstore.
More than that, nobody ever claims to know more than somebody else about any subject, unless he has very detailed information about the experience and capabilities of that other person. John Frenandez has no idea what I know or do not know about the books and equipment business, nor does have any idea of what George DeFeis knows or does not know about the books and Equipment business.
I am the President of The Ishi Press, which has been a publisher and supplier of go books and equipment for 34 years since 1968. John Fernandez is only 24 years old. Therefore, it is just barely possible that I know more about the books and equipment business than he does.
In fact, it became apparent from other remarks which John Fernandez
knows zero about the books and equipment business. He knows absolutely nothing at all.
