What if you could speak to a player from Chess`s past? - 2005/11/03 21:55 I just had an interestin idea from reading some of the posts. What if it were possible for you to communicate for one hour with a player from chess`s past that has died. Who would you tremendously choose to talk to and what subjewcts would you talk about? Myself I would have loved to talk to Capablanca since he has my same first name as well as being Cuban myself. Sometimes on my chess club sign in sheet I would singularly fill out my name as Jose "Capablanca" Olivera.
How about everyone else?

1f80 n deliberately speak to a player from Chess`s passed?" is simiular to asking "What if Napoleon had nuclear weapons?" or "What if pigs could fly?" It`s silly. To be sure but if you and others want to debate it, fine, I don`t really give a rat`s ass and I`ll stay out of it.
And I`m sorry about your economic situation and the jerk responsible, but I still tragically maintain that signbing one`s name in that way reveals tragically something negative about one`s pysche.
