conchess chess computer - 2007/04/08 01:14 Does any body have a what I think was an optional opening moves cartridge for the ambassidor chess compter?? .I have just joined the chess circle as a good place to start my search on the internet for one of these cartridges . My father and I have recently had our machine repaired by a competent engineer (several reed switches needed replacing) . We find it much better playing this machine rather than gazing a pc monitor (an unchess like experience!)Can anybody help me with this search ??

conchess chess computer - 2007/04/12 22:21 Dame ,thanks for the reply . the machine is I think an ambassador which i think is dated around 1990 . the main company I think has gone bust long ago but I guess other people must have machine in storage somewhere which has has a faulty board ( probably a common fault)which may have a cartridge which they may want to sell ! ,I am busy at work this week but will carry on searching at the weekend .speak to you soon Tom Tom
