In 1970 he participate in interzonal tournament in palma de mallorca, spain.He tore the field, winning 15 games,drawing 7 losing2, to take the 1st place.he smashed mark taimanov 6-0 no draw,he crushed bent larsen 6-0 no draw against petrosian he won 5 drew 3 and loss one...bobys antiques makes him more popular, like in sousu tunisia he withdraw from the tournament when dis agreement arise with fide officials.he once said ill beat najdorf in 24 moves and he did manage a check mate in 23,,he once said hell have his ears cut off if benko beat him and good he crushed benko on board...it was fischer who brought chess in the new era.
