What is your favorite drink while playing chess?? - 2007/10/09 17:00 Budweisser may be good and provide outstanding inspiration, if you don't mind leaving pieces "en prise"
I prefer coffee.
Why is Budweisser "the King"? I would change it for a Czech "Plzen" or a Belgian "Kriek" (cherry beer)

But out here i love to play chess while drinking. Dont get me wrong drinking coffee in the mourning does the trick for me to while thinking

At first it's good, but if drinking continues it'll surely blunt the brain... One shot or two, probably okay.
If the game is standard (not blitz), coffee or chocolate (if available)...

But alcohol also depresses the brain function so that accidents are likely to happen. They become drunk because of several effects, which are mainly antisocial (loss of inhibitions, muscle equilibrium, etc.). Alcoholic beverages are fine, but should be taken in moderation.

Irish Breakfast just not any Lapsang Souchong.
You must drink Copious amounts of Tea if you want to get
