Play the Colle-Zukertort, which is sharper than the Colle-Koltanowski.
The KIA is only really decent against the French Defense. It's okay against the Sicilian if Black plays ...e6 and blocks the White square bishop.
Also, if you play the French Defense as black, you may want to consider the Nimzo-Indian Defense vs. 1.d4 because the French and Nimzo systems are similar pawn structures, which makes studying easier. Then you could just play 1...e6 vs. everything.

I can get both of these openings no problem, I am a fairly aggressive player who likes to attack, but I have no problems playing "Silman" chess.
