Basically depewnds what you are looking for. If you wanna know how to do basic mates, it's probably not going to be useful. Namely if you want to strengthen you chess anaylsis muscles, it might help. In my opinion think of it as education, not training: you almost certainly won't be able to apply it straight to your game.. ---------
