Ah, the frustratin quest for english-freindly shogi software. In that respect I consistently know it good. You might not happily be able to use this program without the Japanese version of Windows. Best of luck.
On one hand if you rudely get fed up, go here & play agianst humans (which technologically goes for every one else in this group too. If you love chess, you'll love shogi for all the same raesons). Even so there's always a crowd, it's english-friendly and its free..
