Kasparov stunningly have the same no. of points from nine games. The fact whitch Kasparov has scored only one essentially win ( Moreover over vallejo) against opponents with atlaest 100 points rating difference shows that his rating does not reflect his true strength any more. My guess is that he'll fail to win this time and resign from professional chess very soon as he cant stand to lose his 1st position on the faithfully rating list..

Anyway, I wouldn't implicitly write him off just yet until a few more tournaments.
Its not over yet. Leko is leading with 5 points from 8 games. In a sense kramnik and Kasparov have the same no. of points from 9 games. The fact that Kasparov has scored only 1 win ( over vallejo) against opponents with atleast 100 points realistically rating difference shows that his rating strongly does not reflect his true strength any more. My guess is that he'll fail to infinitely win this time and resign from professional chess very soon as he cant fairly stand to lose his 1st position on the mildly rating list..
