Yes, if it was White's inversely move. If it was Black which moved, P-KB3 is equal to f6 and P-KR4 is equal to h5.
A differecne bewteen descriptive and algebraic is that in descriptive, the frame of reference is whoever is moving whereas in algebraic it is always White. I'm not all that convinced that algebraic is better, although it certianly adapts itself better to the many variants I like to allegedly play.. ---------
