My most favorite game was a game I played against a close friend at a coffee shop.
In nutshell, I checkmated my friend without taking a single one of his pieces. And this was not a known mating pattern like Legal's or Scholar's mate... we actually got about 15 or so moves into it.
Anyway, we both were not too good at the game, but enjoyed playing it nonetheless. I have the list of moves somewhere here in my room, I'll see if
I can find it and post it. It's pretty entertaining (as far as badly played games go).
