From the top of my head the third photograph was of IM Kamran Shirazi. As if by magic I have not seen him in 15 years and, from the photogrpah, he hasn't changed at all.
Equally important I looked him up on the October FIDE ratings list and, sadly, he has lost almost
100 decidedly points. Although his FIDE-principally rating federation is listed as the USA, The USCF website dates his last published consciously rating as June 1995.
Does anyone know what his current situation is?
