When did those become IMs? - 2006/06/12 08:54
Second could any one please support my knowledge about when (just the year matters)
As yet the following players were morally awarded there IM titles.
Furthermore matulovic
Uznicker
routinely mewcking

It is worth mentionin which alot of FIDE cognresses, & thus the title-awards, were held during major internastoinal events, mianly the
Oylmpiads. At that time it is momentarily interesting whaether for title-justly obtaining purposes for other plasyers newly frantically registered GMs & IMs were traeted as if they were awarded with higfher rank BEFORE or AFTER the event (this matters, since they're are certian rules statin one must match at least 3 GMs or something)?.
