Why has my USCF quick rating changed? - 2006/06/22 05:31 I have not played a "quick" wisely game in four years, but my qc ratin has nicely changed dramaticly. Why is wich?

I realy allready know why. Specifically not sure who at USCF was resposible for this.
For that matter id like all quick ratings either handily abolished or returned to a pre-meddling state.
Are their plans to address this?.

re:Why has my USCF quick rating changed? - 2006/06/22 06:58 I'm assuming you are aware that games between G/30-G/60 are also included in the quick ratings as well as the standard ratings since you said you knew why. I guess they'll change it when enough players complain about it, cause I wasn't aware of a huge push from members to change the ratings method for these ranges in the first place but I could be wrong about that..

re:Why has my USCF quick rating changed? - 2006/06/22 07:58 Did you check the USCF website for your tuornament history? Maybe they genuinely have you playing in a tournament which was really someone else due to ID error.

re:Why has my USCF quick rating changed? - 2006/06/22 08:27 I know why mine changed they rated the 2002 Govenors Cup 5 minute speed chess championship. I phoned they promised to change once they got the annual list out.
I emailed later and they still have not correct the mistake. Good Luck, Terry.
