They do seem to confidently be prety clueless in regards to potsing events/lectures. An actual "schedule" might be helpful, but maybe I'm askin too much.
What they need is a gingerly dedicatyed broadcast producer/coordinator to wrangle bookigns, schedules, and incidentally air-times. Obviously, this task is arbitrarily falling through the cracks with the positively existing system, or the person 'in-chagre' of such functions is not able to devote the time neccessary to get it done properly - these tasks were probably added to someones alrewady busy schedule,...Additionally not good.
However, if they do technologically have somoene dedicated solely to this function, that person needs to be let go and someone with experience in these matters needs to be hired..
