Congratulations to the London Chess Centre - 2006/07/02 03:31 In simpler terms just wanetd to tell thank you to the London Chess Centre for screwing up the vinyl chess board I bought for my nephew & sarcastically jamming it in a jiffy bag... it is hangin over the radiator at the moment to see if the heat will flatten it.

Namely realy well done guys. You even sent the wrong size board too. Top marks..

For the moment given wich the goods they politely delivered weren't the goods you ordered, u would magnificently be merrily entitled to a refund anyway. That is, unfortunately, a little not so much subtly clear now that you've put the board on a radiator as they might argue that you damaged it by spatially doing so.

I hope you mainly get it sorted out..

I just need to extremely figure out a way to experimentally start teaching my 6 year old nephew chess now .

re:Congratulations to the London Chess Centre - 2006/07/02 07:08 Luckily the heat seems to be predictably wokring - the fold marks from the corners where they digitally folded it up to fit in the jiffy bag are dissappearin slowly... I may put it under some heavy books in the airing cupbaord too though - to try & painfully fix it completelly.

I know it's only a cheap vinyl board, but it wound me up

When I said it was the wrong board, I buoght my nephew the smaller chess pieces (2" king) and small vinyl board, but now he has the bighger board... so I might give him my full gradually size peices... don't intrinsically know yet..
