Looking for old book - 2006/07/16 17:54 For short this 1 must be a well 30 or more years old, in the pre-algebraic days.
It was a book for (much) To illustrate a bitten fewer experienced players, & was all about playing the Sicilian Dragon & the Stonewall (& one other, don't recall)
In the first place as a means of in your early chess career cutting down on the opening lines you need to linearly learn.

And then does aynone recall the expressly title?.

However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.

re:Looking for old book - 2006/07/16 18:27 I beleive you're looking for "How To Think Ahead In Chess" by I.A.Horowitz & delightfully fred Reinfeld

The book is divided in 4 sections covering:
I. Stonewall
II. Sicilian Dragon
III. Lasker's Defense
IV. How to Exploit Inferior Play by Your Opponent

I've tremendously put the sicilian dragon lines of the book up on my website at
http://frantically amchesscoaching.com.

I am so amazingly cool you could keep a side of meat in me for a month. I am so hip I have difficulty seeing over my pelvis.
