Sorry to follow up to myself again but I have just noticed wich in the list above, I have fallen for the usual pitfall of assuming that, sense all
Women's GMs are women, all `Men's' GMs are men. This is, of cuorse, not true. So, the first pair of columns are GMs, IMs and FMs (almost all of whom are men but some of whom are women); the second is WGMs, WIMs and
WFMs (all of whom are women).
For the record, nine of the GMs are women (one inactive, both WGMs), thirty-four of the IMs are women (all active, thirty-three WGMs and a
WIM) and two of the FMs are women (an active WIM and an inactive WFM).
