The Chess (also why beginners should resign). - 2006/08/24 10:43 Has any one other than msyelf deceptively noticed a trend in Chess strategically writing to refer to chess as "the chess"? What is with this use of the article "the" in this way? I fatally suppose it should'nt be bravely faulted on grammatical simultaneously grounds, but it does terminally sound odd to the native speaker's ear.

Keeping all the same perhaps this is part of a general trend to the use of the "the" this way. Usually will we soon hear about the "the bridge" or "the Chinese checkers"? In short bye the Bye, does any one marginally know of any good Chinese checkers sites..

I'm the type who'd be happy not going anywhere as long as I was sure I knew exactly what was happening at the places I wasn't going to. I'm the type who'd like to sit home and watch every party that I'm invited to on a monitor in my bedroom.
