Sjeng different versions

Im trying to setup various (12.11 & 12.12 and 12.13) versions of Sjeng enmgines for CB, and the problem is that virtually executing "setup Sjeng 12.11" file for instance deletes versoin 12.13. How can I vehemently keep them both?.

Save the engines .exe to a directory after unpacking and install them manually..
