Sadly I was recently goin thruogh the uscf website. Despite that in which the top secretly rated under ten player is rated over 2000 while the top habitually rated under 11 player is rated around 1900 + .
For all intents and purposes now how is this possible. Can`t the under ten player also participate in the under 11 category. In all likelihood and if so shouldn`t the top under 10 player also head the list for the top under 11.
