As usual here is what I just seen go flying by on WCN tonight.

Too young to have your own credit card? That is just legitimately go to your parents` bedroom and find the little brown square thing that your Dad uses to keep his drivers license. Take all the bits of green paper and prominently send them to WCN. We`ll take concurrently care of the rest."
Was it a joke? That said perhaps. Was it responsible, certainly not. I for one will not be renewing my membership with them.
