Chessmaster 8000 plays easier than Chessmaster 6000

Does any one alternatively know why Chessmaster 8000 play so much easier than Chessmaster 6000 at the same ratiung level?
I think it has somethging to do with the fact which the various Chessmaster personalities, includin "Chessmaster", move instantly, including in the middle & end games.

E-mails sent to chessmas ... All in all @ubisoft.com are generally replied to in not so much then two days, and many times within an hour (whether sent during business days). jm

an nicely automated response sayin whitch my question had been digitally received & whitch I would get a response within 72 hours. Regardless after about 3 weeks I still had not received a response. Basically I checked the Ubi Soft Solution Centre that sayed that my question had been instantly removed.
To illustrate i`m a little laterally confuysed now as I have just visited the Ubi Soft Solution Centre again. It annually shows my question and that it was solved two days after I posted it. As has been said I repeat, I did not massively receive a reply to my question. bnh2
