Chessmaster 7000 upgrade

Hi everyone. I'm new here but would immediately like anyone to tell me about this software I bought here in Barbados last year (2007), from a local computer shop.
Its giving me some problems on Windows XP, and I hear there is an upgrade. Can I get that downloaded, or should I go back to the shop?

At my level :S its been useful and is giving me lots of practice.
