Morra gambit with black
Hi, someone can give me some advice on how to play against Morra gambit (1.e4 c5 2.d4)? I have not a very good tecnique and I prefer to play actively than trying to keep the extra pawn for the final.
And someone knows any book/site/cd about facing white minor lines against sicilian (Morra, Rossolimo, Moscow, alapin, etc..)?
Thanks a lot in advance :P

Wikipedia may be a first start (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith-Morra_Gambit ), but I think it is better to develop your own opening repertoire. You can do this based on your own games and a large database of games.
The file smorrapg.zip at http://www.chessopolis.com/chessfiles/pgn_openings.htm contains a lot of useful example games.

Play 3. ...Nf6 against the Morra (to transpose into an Alapin variation, which is less dangerous. That way you can play one move against 2 major White Sicilian variations. 2 birds with 1 stone, so to speak.
