In his book, "Think like a GM", the very first diagram has a position for which Kotov gives various suggestions as a continuation. Had he had a good computer program, he could have found a crushing move.

See if you can find it. He looks at B*h6, N-g4, and B-c3(a real loser!), but none of them are as good as the move the computer found, although White would need to have nerves of steel to try it, I reckon.
