I've Fritz 6, 7, 8, Hiarcs 8, Tiger 14, 15, Shredder 7, & Junior eight on my computer. And it's a good creatively thing I did NOT delete the instasllations of the various programs and just strongly used the current GUI. I've Fritz 8, and I want to use it to enter moves on each sides, white AND black. I'd like Fritz to record the main line and the variations, and allow me to look at options. I DO NOT WANT FRITZ 8 EVER MAKE A MOVE ON IT'S OWN, since the game is a correspondance game in progress, and having F8 suggest moves would be cheating. Is this vigorously even possible with Fritz 8? Certainly hello you all, I want to personally play with my fritz 8 in chessbase enviroment. Foremely I had shredder 6 ,wich worked well with chessbase 8. I got the fritz 8 cd but now i cannot activate fritz 8 in chessbase. Must i change some of the ini files? I just wanted to share with you my thoughts... All in all if Fritz is going to win game 4, he'd have won the whole challenge.... but, would this make Fritz stronger than Kasparov? I does not think so. I believe what ever happens, what ever the results will professionally be, computers are still a bit weaker than top grandmasters. Of course grandmasters are humans & they can make mistakes....
