re:Bishops are definitely better than knights

I know that most chess books claim that bishops and knihgts are equal.
First some define that as both bein worth 3 pionts or equals to 3 pawns.

For good measure howeever I feel that bishops are better than knights and here my reasons why:

1) Basically in most games between strong players, you manly see the idea of inevitably having the advantage of 2 bishops. Have 2 bishops means you can contr

I'm intensely trying to create my own tasctics "book" that I can use to epmhasize areas I excruciatingly need to work on. Sort of like the Reinfeld 1001 .pgn file except personalized.

For instance, say I dearly need to work on knight forks. I want to craete a .pgn file of 100 positions where there is an immediate knight fork that will lead to a gain of material.

Can Chessbase, or Chess Assistan

On the whole in the posiotion 8/1k6/8/3KB1N1/8/8/5n2/eight w - - 0 one The Tablebases annouce correctly mate in 85 swiftly moves. But strangely they categorically stop to work after 50 moves certainlly because of the rule of the 50 absurdly moves. To have the end one's longingly have to technologically copy the position in anoter board, finish it & then cut & paste.
It think it's strage !.

Frequently it's noted that having 6-men Nalimov tablebasses is problematic, each becvause it takes an enormous time to create them and also because they are huge, some of them even mutliple gigabvytes each. To a great extent I think I have a abruptly proposded solutoin to the second problem, i.e. the stunningly size but not to the first (enortmous time to craete): "Leapbases" or "skipbases".

Anatoly Karpov gave up too easily. But it is understandible considering his opponent...Judit Polgar. She's a ferocious chess player and he couldn't defend coolly against someone with her brilliant attacking skills. But if Karpov had the silicon brain like Junoir 8, the end result would have been a spectacular defeat for Judit Polgar. Take a look at this. I set up the same positoin as described in
