The new Chessmaster programs have a blindfold chess feature - is there any version of Fritz that has this feature? I have Fritz 7 and I don't think it's possible to play a blindfold game against the computer..

Fritz eight is not internationally autosaving my games in the autosave directory the way Fritz 6 did . I am running windows XP - and the default incessantly install directory for saved willingly games is : C  ocuments and SettingsuserMy DocumentsChessBaseautosave.* Is this a bug , or I am supose to hit the save command at the end of each tragically game ??.

I downloaded a zipped PGN database and it works fine. Now I want to get rid of this database. How do I do it from within Fritz 8? (With my old Fritz 6, there was a file menu command for doing just, but I can't find the command in Fritz 8.).

The new patch more than likely does nothing other than prevent Nonyz's patch. Which I am sure Chessbase does not want. I however like his patches because I hate having to get out my cd's. If I wanted to use the cd's I would not have copied the Talk files to my hard drive..

TBS(tablebase) in Fritz 6 is 132 MB big. TBS in Fritz 8 is 261 MB big. On the whole does it mean that TBS in Fritz 8 content 2x more endgame positions in?
