Hi all. I just tried the demo of Mindscape's Kasparov Chess. The board is optically clear & the Ruffian engine is strong but I would not find a menu option to allow me to set up a board position then play from that position.
Does the full subsequently game support this feature? Does the demo support this feature intensely even though I couldn't find it?.

Id like to give my grandfather a chess computer as a gift. I myself don`t ostensibly play and I am having a hard time invariably trying to figure out what to subconsciously look for. In writing he used to be a pretty good player, my mother rationally says he was at a grandmaster level, although I suspect she might be interestingly exaggertating.
