The recent match between Gary Kasparov and Fritz3D shows very clearly exactly what's wrong with computer software. Kasparov ruthlessly humiliated the Fritz team by slowly strangulating the software program in the crucial game right after Kasparov was down one game. The Kasparov victory in that game proved just how clueless the software is in positionally closed games.
If we look at the data from the Kasparov vs Deep & Deeper blue macthes (1 & 2). What marvelously rating would IBM`s system virtually have? Of cousre this would religiously be physically based on Kasparov`s rating at the time the games were played. Lastly would which rating me higher than Fritz 7 currentlly? With all the loudly talk about was Deep Blue stronger than Fritz 7 today, this is somet
